I was very disappointed with our experience at this office. Before the appointment, I received an email asking me to confirm. I confirmed the appointment, only to receive another email about 20 minutes later saying it had been canceled, so I had to reschedule. On the day of our rescheduled appointment, we arrived on time but waited approximately 30 minutes in the waiting room before being taken back. The hygienist was very friendly and completed her portion of the appointment, then told us the dentist would be right in. Unfortunately, we waited another 45–50 minutes in the exam room for the dentist. When the dentist finally came in, she was in the room for no more than a minute. She then attempted to apply fluoride to my son’s teeth even though I had explicitly indicated on his paperwork that I did not consent to fluoride. When I pointed this out, instead of simply acknowledging the mistake, I felt as though they tried to make it seem like I had agreed to it, despite no one asking me about fluoride at any point during the appointment. Who ever the manager is here needs to be fired she has absolutely no respect for patients. Had the nerve to say it's not her responsibility to make sure my son's papers were in the system after I told her the medical clearance was already sent over after his last visit in January. Instead of her looking before making accusations. Then I had to call the neurologist here they been sent over the paperwork the other lady checked in the system and found them right away. The fact that the so called manager didn't even check is crazy then had the nerve to tell me I can reschedule my appt cause technically I'm late when I was here early on time before my appt and it took me until 4:10 to get the info from neurology all for nothing cause had she looked in the system before assuming and making her disgusting comments she would had seen the paperwork been in the system for 6 months smfh. You can say many things about me but you making it look like I'm a irresponsible parent I will raise hell. Anyways thankfully the other girl up front was so nice and kind it took her one minute to find the paperwork and printed it out so fast all this could of been avoided. I would like to take time to be one of the good reviews that this place actually has. I did make my appointment and I will gladly admit prior to coming I deep dove into to the plethora of negative reviews. I must say we had a really great experience. My son is two years old and like many two year olds not in love with the idea of strangers doing anything to him. We got there at noon. Our appointment was for 12:15 and we were back in the chair by 12:15. We had a great hygienist who dealt with my son’s shyness and made a good experience of his fear. And the doctor was in to see my son within 20 minutes of his cleaning. We were in and out within less than an hour. The magne-tiles in the waiting area were a huge plus!!

I’ve been coming to this clinic for several years and never had a complaint, but today I went for an appointment and the receptionist told me I was late and had to reschedule. It was actually her mistake; she had someone ahead of me and had time available, yet when my turn came, she gave me a hard time. You could tell just by looking at her that she didn't want to work. The person at the front desk needs to make a good impression on patients. When I spoke to the supervisor, it seemed like the receptionist gave her a different version of events, but there are security cameras, so they can check exactly what time each patient arrives.

I didn't like the doctors' service at all; they make you waste time and cause the children to get stressed due to the long waits they are subjected to in the exam room. Furthermore, they do not seem equipped to treat children with autism—apparently, they are uninformed about this condition. It is a shame that parents of children with such a condition have to endure such an uncomfortable situation upon realizing that the doctors are not trained to work with children with autism. 🧩💙
